I am a Morgantown WV based nail technician and esthetician specializing in gel-x nail extensions, nail art, lash extensions, and waxing! It is your responsibility to read all the rules before booking with no exceptions. *NOT TAKING NEW LASH CLIENTS FOR THE TIME BEING* PLEASE READ Beauty by KMM's POLICIES By booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following polices •Please no guest or children in the suite due to size of the room. If you do bring a guest, they are always free to wait in the waiting areas outside of the room or in the car. Thanks in advance! •A card is required upon booking your appointment and serves as a deposit. Your card will ONLY be charged if you fail to follow the following policies stated. •All no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the discussed service price with NO exceptions. •Any cancelations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a 50% last minute cancellation fee which will not be refunded or transferred. Please let me know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule!!! (Last minute reschedules can be made if done before the 12 hour period but they will be charged a 25% fee after that time period to reschedule!) •If you reschedule to avoid the cancelation fee and then cancel the rescheduled appointment you will be charged the 50% fee even if it is a 24+ hour notice. Please respect my time as I respect yours. •Your card will be placed on file in order to reserve your appointment time. If you would like to pay with card there will be a 3.5% processing fee. If you would like to avoid this fee please bring cash! •Please come prepared to be serviced the full duration of the time given for the booked service. (Ex. Use the restroom beforehand, come with no makeup on for lashes, silence phone, etc.) It is extremely important that you come prepared as I book out a certain amount of time for your service. •It is very important that you arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. If you happen to be running late, please COMMUNUCATE that to me ahead of time. •After 25 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged a 50% fee which will not be refunded or transferred unless otherwise discussed with me ahead of time. If no contact was made it will be considered a no show after 25 minutes and that will result in a 100% fee. Please value my time as I value yours. •All services are final and there are NO refunds under any circumstances. LASH EXTENSION POLICIES •Please arrive to your appointment ready to be serviced. Come without eye makeup, use restroom beforehand, silence phone, and be ready to lay for 1-3.5 hours depending on the service booked. •When booking a fill please come with at least 40% of your lashes still on. If you have less than 40% you will be charged a $25 fee. Anything 20% or under, or anything after 4 weeks will be a full set and will also be charged as that. •I DO NOT do foreign fills under any circumstances. Please book for a lash removal and a full set. •You have 48 hours after your set to contact me about extreme fallout or irritation for me to fix it, after the 48-hour period you will be financially responsible for any fixes/changes to the lashes. NAIL POLICIES •Please arrive to your appointment with bare nails unless you have booked for a soak off. I will soak off any set applied by me for no additional cost when booking a new set. All other soak offs will be an additional $25 charge whether they were applied by me or another salon. •Designs/gems/charms are an additional cost. Please inquire with me before your appointment to get an exact price quote! <3 •You have a 72-hour period after your service to contact me about any issues with your set. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% fee for cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment. If you no-show to an appointment it is a 95% fee and you will be blocked from booking with me in the future.
